Jet Set Radio

An action game released by Sega for the Dreamcast in 2000. Players skate on inline skates through Tokyo-inspired streets, spraying graffiti. Its cel-shaded visuals were developed specifically for the Dreamcast hardware.

Developed by Smilebit and directed by Masayoshi Kikuchi, it used cel-shading techniques created for the Dreamcast, with music by Hideki Naganuma and others.
