Fumito Ueda

Ueda worked as an animator at Warp from 1995 before joining Sony Computer Entertainment Japan in 1997, where he directed Ico (2001) and Shadow of the Colossus (2005). He left Sony in 2011 but remained contracted to complete The Last Guardian, released in 2016. He formed the studio GenDesign in 2014.
